For the past twenty five years we have been involved in the green lipped mussel industry, funding research into the identification of the mussel's unique anti-inflammatory properties. This has led to the development of stabilised green lipped mussel powder and most importantly the recent discovery of Lyprinol®.

We are the only freeze drying processor in New Zealand which owns our mussel farms and harvest barges, ensuring absolute control over the quality of mussels we process. We can offer customers production expertise in freeze drying and high pressure processing as well as technical know-how and product development capability through our research network.
